The Kim-McCann geometry for applied optimal transport

I will introduce the elegant Kim-McCann geometry in optimal transport (OT) and use it for various applications such as
 - solving continuous OT by gradient descent in infinite dimension
 - entropic approximations of OT
 - the principal-agent problem in economics
