Doctoral schools:

The Doctoral College welcomes 3000 doctoral students, 47% of whom are international, within its 13 doctoral schools. The Doctoral College is supported by an innovative and dynamic scientific ecosystem, with the presence of research organisations, the establishment of major European instruments and its proximity to CERN, as well as major companies.

ENSIMAG:

The Ecole Nationale Supérieure d’Informatique et de Mathématiques Appliquées trains digital engineers. By combining skills in applied mathematics and computer science, Ensimag aims to train engineers whose mastery of the fundamentals will enable them to keep up with technological developments and be adaptable throughout their careers.

UFR IM2AG:

The courses offered by the UFR IM²AG cover a wide range of disciplines in fundamental mathematics, applied mathematics and computer science. The UFR IM²AG is firmly rooted in the industrial eco-system and has established partnerships with more than 200 companies. The training at the UFR IM²AG is resolutely backed up by scientific research carried out within the MSTIC (Mathematics, Science and Information and Communication Technologies) center.

IUT2:

The IUT2 offers a Bachelor of Technology programme in several departments, including Computer Science, Statistics and Business Intelligence, and Business and Administrative Management. The BUT, which lasts three years, leads to the degree of licence. Each goal is divided into courses with a strong professional orientation and offering a progressive increase in skills over the three years.

UFR SHS:

The UFR SHS (Human and Social Sciences) favours interdisciplinary cross-fertilisation, thanks to a strong diversification of its teaching and research interests. Its main areas of activity, developed through four departments, concern individual and collective human behaviour, cognition, clinical and social psychology, education, social and cultural representations, man-machine communication, mathematics applied to social sciences, statistics and data analysis.

Polytech Grenoble:

Polytech Grenoble is an engineering school of Grenoble INP, the Engineering and Management Institute of Grenoble Alpes University. It trains students in computer science, embedded systems electronics, electronics and industrial computing, geotechnics and civil engineering.

IREM:

The IREM of Grenoble is a research institute focused on the problems that appear today in the teaching of mathematics, as well as on the perspectives. It is also an institute for teacher training through actions based on fundamental and applied research in didactics of mathematics, history and epistemology of mathematics, cognitive psychology and educational sciences. Finally, IREM produces and distributes educational materials (articles, brochures, journals, software, thematic kits, instruments, documents for teachers, etc.).
