PhD student, software engineer
I am David Lucas, PhD student under the supervision of Jean-Guillaume Dumas and Clément Pernet at the LJK lab in Grenoble, France. Before that, I was a research engineer and I worked on mathematical software development at Inria research team GRACE in Saclay, France.
For my thesis, I am working on exact linear algebra. More specifically, I am interested in verifiable computing, and especially in certification for delegated computation. I also work on linear algebra problems for secure multiparty computation setting. A list of my publications and talks can be found in Research.
On a more personal note, I do quite a lot of miniature painting on my free time. If you are interested in what I can do, you can find some of my work there.
