On-line periodic scheduling of hybrid chemical plant with parallel production lines and shared resources

 

Résumé:

 

The aim of this seminar is to treat the problems of the hybrid automaton modeling; simulation and feedback control of the operation of a hybrid chemical plant.
A developed simulator of the plant (Matlab/Simulink/Stateflow) is used for the design of the plant optimal periodic schedules (i.e. production plans) as well as during
the stability analysis (based on the hybrid trajectory sensitivity analysis and the hybrid Poincaré method) of a periodic schedule. The feedback control of the
designed periodic plant schedules under constant disturbances is considered. A feedback strategy based on the model predictive control (MPC) approach to
avoid resources sharing conflicts is shown.
